Introduction
This modern slavery and human trafficking statement is made on behalf of ENCORDIA LTD. pursuant to section 54(1) Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Our Business
Our business is a management consultancy company based in Liphook, Hampshire. Our supply chain is a close knit group of selected partners, sub-contractors and national suppliers.
Our Supply Chains
Encordia operates a minimalist supply chain, all partners and sub-contractors are checked and audited to adhere to modern slavery policies and minimum wage compliance. National suppliers of generalist and specialist office supplies, technology, office space and similar, are all checked to comply with the Modern Slavery Act.

Due Diligence Processes
We are committed to paying local minimum/living wage, imposing reasonable working hours and conditions, conducting risk assessments against potential suppliers who may not achieve this status and auditing suppliers which are at risk from potentially not adhering to the law and policies
Risk Management and Assessment of Effectiveness
We manage our supply chain risk by using national, trusted suppliers. Where we use sub-contractors, we check their compliance in terms of slavery and human trafficking to ensure their support and compliance with the law.
Training
Training on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking is available on request, for any employee in doubt of their responsibilities in supply chain decisions, or in a position to hire staff.
