Martin is an accomplished leader with over 30 years’ experience in driving the vision, design and implementation of large-scale, global business and digital transformation. Passionate about achieving right-first-time, high-value, long-lasting change for clients, Martin has delivered transformational process change through technology and automation across multiple industries, and has rescued numerous failed and failing implementations. In 2019, Martin setup Encordia Consulting focusing on high-value digital transformation.

Director
With responsibilities for all areas of business management outside of delivery, Becky brings years of experience in driving and defining processes in operating large scale consultancy practices. Becky ensures that all elements outside of client side delivery are managed and delivered effectively.
Raj Ashar

Dynamic and collaborative with a sharp ability to solve problems, Raj Ashar brings over 15 years of experience as a consultant within digital transformation. From his role as a data migration expert, Raj has been able to help organisations with large scale HR and Finance migrations to his role as a business process expert, where he has been able to help organisations make their processes more effective and incorporate these changes in IT solutions.
Darren Davies

Darren is an experienced architect working across the entire programme delivery lifecycle and successfully designing and delivering enterprise-wide solutions. Having worked in the IT industry for over 25 years, Darren expertise lie in translating complex business requirements into scalable, reliable, and efficient architectural designs and he has successfully architected solutions using bespoke and COTS implementations across the application, data, integration, and infrastructure domains.
Matthew Hood

Bringing over a decade of diverse experience in Project Management across various sectors including Renewables, Oil and Gas, and Defence, Matthew has a solid foundation built over the last 15 years.
